The Director of the firm is Louise Bunn, qualifying as a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Legal Executives in 2005, Louise has a wealth of experience in Private Client Law and is an Affiliate Member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP) and a trained Cruse (non practising) Bereavement Counsellor. Louise won the Institute of Legal Finance & Management Level One Award for 2020.
Rosalind returned to the legal profession in 2023 having taken time away to teach at a local Sixth Form College. Originally qualifying as a Private Client Solicitor in 2007, she is an invaluable member of the LB Wills & Probate team, and advises on Wills, Lasting Powers of Attorney, Estate Administration and Court of Protection (Deputyship) matters. Rosalind also has a degree in History from the University of York, enjoying the city so much that she stayed there to complete her Graduate Diploma in Law and Legal Practice Course. Now firmly back home in Norfolk, when not at work she is to be found enjoying the countryside with her farming family
Gemma is an experienced Private Client Solicitor, qualifying in 2012. She has worked in several large firms in both Norwich and West Norfolk before working for a local wildlife charity. Gemma joined LB Wills and Probate in March 2022 and specialises in all areas of Private Client work including Estate Administration, Wills and Lasting Powers of Attorney. Gemma is pleased to have trained as a Dementia Friend.
Helen joined LB Wills & Probate as an Office Administrator in 2021, before being promoted to the role of Paralegal. She holds a distinction in Business and Secretarial studies and is an experienced officer manager. Helen spent nearly 20 years working in all aspects of the property market from sales, shared ownership, lettings and property management before moving across to the legal sector. Helen is an invaluable member of our Wills and Lasting Powers of Attorney Teams, working part-time on a Monday, Wednesday and Friday.
Ashley joined LB Wills & Probate in 2022 as an Office Administrator before promotion to the role of Paralegal. Prior to entering the legal sector, Ashley spent 9 years working for a charitable organisation in Norwich within the sports sector, gaining a wealth of experience in business administration. Ashley works part-time on a Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday providing specialist support to the LB Wills & Probate Team and our clients on Estate Administration matters.
Fleur is our newest paralegal. Fleur is in her final (third year) of her law degree at The University of East Anglia. She also volunteers for Norfolk Community Law Service in their Family Court Support Service department. After completing her degree, Fleur will continue her qualifications to become a Solicitor. Fleur supports the whole firm, currently working part-time on a Wednesday and Thursday.
Jacki has recently returned to the legal profession after 16 years of working for a children’s charity based at a local HMP as a Family Support Worker, supporting the families and friends of men who are residing at His Majesty’s Pleasure. The move back into a legal office has brought her full circle and she is very much embracing the professional yet friendly community vibe of working in a busy village firm. Jacki supports the whole firm full-time and enjoys providing front-of-house support for clients.
